    Default Tupac's Record Sales

I've heard Tupac has sold over $75 million CD's to date, but it's been at that number for the last few years.

Can anyone give me a more up to date number? And how is it that Eminem is now the top selling rap artist of all time? I love Slim but come on, Tupac is far superior.

Cuz em is alive is why he keeps selling...pacs last album was years ago. I really wana know how many pac has sold now and I wish there was a up to date on each album of how much they have sold.

Yeah, Em is alive, but still, Tupac has been said to be at $75 million records for the last decade. He should be far, far past that. He should be above $80 million sold.

Like mob has said. When the albums did come out, people already bought it at that present time. A few years later, new fans will porbably buy the albums, but wont increase in a million straight away. All the fans have already bough his albums, well I hope so. Until a new album comes out, record sales wont increase dramatically by a million

That's also true, but still, I doubt he'd stay at $75 million records for five years. Afterall, there are 6.6 billion people in this world, maybe more, and you have to think of the thousands, or maybe millions, that have started listening to 'Pac over the last half a decade, so I'm not sure it's entirely accurate, which is why I'd like to be linked to the most up to date record sells from 'Pac.

Agreed, that's why I think they jumped the gun by saying that Eminem has sold more than him. There are always more people discovering 2Pac, and you have to think of the fans that may have not had all of his albums but have bought them over the years. There's no way Eminem should be above Tupac in sales.

em is the best selling artist of the DECADE cuz they counted 2pac's loyal 2 tha game album and ressurection as part his sales to due his production and appearence on both albums as of december 2009 he was at 65million making him the highest selling artist of that time period.

in 2003 on pacs 7th year anniversary he was at over 75million copies world wide making him the highest selling rap artist of all time and heard as of 2006 on his 10th year he was at either over 80 or almost 90million so u know. Pac always said the only we he could lose his #1spot was if a GREATER FAN OF HIS does it.

I read somewhere that Tupac has indeed surpassed the 100 Million mark.... off the top of my head I can't think of where. I'll try to find it and get back to ya.

EDIT: After searching I could not confirm that he has passed the 100million mark. Everything I find pegs 2pac around 75 million..... but it's been around 75 million for what, the past 5 years? Surely it must be higher by now.

Yes, it's been at 75 million for years now, so it absolutely has to be past the $100 million mark by now. I just wish a site would update the record sales to be as exact as possible.
