Default What do you think 2Pac's greatest achievement/accomplishment is/was?

If you were 2Pac and you were reflecting on your life in retrospect, what do you think 2pac would think of as his biggest achievement or accomplishment in life?

Could it merely be the fact that he overcame odds (faced by many minorities) and attained success? Could it be having a multi platinum record? Being able to survive jail? Having the legacy that he began to establish and has now?

Suggest it and explain why you choose it over other obvious possible accomplishments.

to be able to reach to all of us who grew up with his music and touched our hearts!!!! it didnt matter if u r black white hispanic assian or whatever, his music was for everyone who been through pain in their lives! He was able to do that because he was an articulate and educated individual and through his music and his words we discovered that we have a little bit of Pac in us all!

having two number 1 records in the same year which was unknown at the time, having a #`1 album while in jail, making the highest selling albums and being the most influential by popularizing trends today:bandanas, nose rings, rappers having awhole lot of tattoos, rockin b-ball shorts under your pants, leather vests, and the whole raspy-draggin sound that:ja,x,master p use)the whole blazer wit jeans look everybody rock now, rockin bullet proof vest.....i could go on for days man

Inspiring a generation of millions of young black males & still continuing to do so fourteen years after his "death" in addition to having sold at least 100 million albums & being a badass in general.

Becoming a legend in the game of Life despite his start on life (mom on crack, being poor, homeless ect ect). Also how fast he became a legend, since he died as really just a kid at 25.

To answer this question, I would probably list just being able to create the following (fans) that he had and continues to have now, being a part of his legacy and serving to perpetuate said legacy. "Genuine fans" as mentioned in Tupac Resurrection.

I believe his greatest accomplishment is what he stands for today. His makaveli status. Some cant c him. But I do. Everything he did was premeditated. Believe it or not but it was. His songs tell u everything he planned to do. His albums was like a blueprint to the future.
