As Frank understands it 2Pacs assets and earnings were in the name of Death Row because of the cases 2Pac was catching and DR would say he could stand to lose it all if it was in his own name. Frank says 2Pac was too smart to believe all that.
He says 2Pac was leaving Death Row and that euphanasia were going to do an audit. Frank says he has a letter that 2Pac did not want Franks security company to work for him anymore, he also fired Kenner as his attorney. Frank called 2Pac and 2Pac told him not to worry, 2Pac said "don't worry Frank you're going with me, i'm starting my own label and company." The letter was dated 26th of August '96
Frank says 2Pac felt like he was getting cheated. He says 2Pac didn't appreciate being charged for the making of his own videos

Damn too little too late, wish it didn't take Pac 10 months to realize suge was screwin him over. Sad part is he stayed loyal to them (DR) to the end and look what happened.

I have read Franks book and think he's a OK guy, but why didn't he mention this then?

He's a liar it's all about money. He changed his story 2 times for his books then contradicted those stories in the documentary he made about Reggie Wright. This is why I said on gang related thread that you can't trust no one everyone around Pac was a snake and selfish you can't trust none of these people. There's only one bodyguard you can trust and he's out of the scene and he never really has talked about it I don't know his name but only people like that you can trust and there the one who want nothing to do with all this.

It's possible Pac was doing that so that no one at Death Row would be suspicious of anything
