Default The 3 Day Theory Album Breakdown

    @Shiva

    01 Bomb First

The beat originally on this track had a different bassline that
Tupac didn't like, so he was vibing to Naughty by Nature's
Anthem song so he got Hurt and Daryl Harper to sample that
song and put that bassline in.
We understand from the Making of the 7 day theory, that it was
an introduction for Young Noble, who was the last official outlaw.
He recorded on other songs before that, such as Tattoo Tearz, but this
    was his official introduction.

    02 Hail Mary

According to Hurt, this song took at least 30 mins to get done,
he didn't even know Pac spit on the beat, he only found out
when some Death Row employees told him.
Young Noble originally wrote a hook for the song but Pac
told him to put it at the end of the song.
A video was shot for the song, with doubles for Fatal, Noble and Yaki
in the video, with Makaveli's grave crack open as he rises from the dead.

    03 Krazy

As again, this song had to get a finishing touch because engineers
    didn't think much of it.
In the mixing sessions, they added a few more instruments and it flowed
    really better.
The Outlawz were originally supposed to be on this song, they were
lagging at their verses so as Bad Azz was hanging with Pac at the time,
he supposedly asked him "You got 16?" which meant 16 bars in a verse
and Bad Azz replied "Yes I do".
It was destiny for Bad Azz to be on the song according to the Outlawz,
he did his thing on that track.

    04 Watch Ya Mouth

This song was known about since 2009, since the clip of a remix leaked
and the full lyrics leaked supplied by Death Row Forum.
The remix was done by L.T. Hutton and QD3 in 2001 for UTEOT but it
was cut because of the disses aimed in the song.
The original leaked last year, in CDQ quality with a new beat and the
extra verses, it was taken off Makaveli about mid-way through
    the sessions, and forgotten about.

05 To Live and Die in L.A.

They were 3 takes recorded for this song, the LP Version, the radio edit and
    the demo take.
The LP version and radio edit were recorded in the same day, although
we're unsure when the demo was recorded.
Produced by QD3, it's known that 2Pac went into the booth and surprised
    everyone with the lyrics.
He told Val Young of the concept, so she went in and did the hook over a few times.
The video for this song was recorded in L.A. in 1996, and became one
    of Pac's greatest hits.

    06 Friendz

This was produced by QD3, and according to him Pac wasn't happy with this take
of the song, and was cut.
A demo of this was recorded also titled "The World is Mine"
which is copyrighted in the US website by Amaru,
His engineers said it's a diss to Nas from start to finish, never stopping
    to take a breath.
It remains unleaked, and is in the hands of Amaru,
This was remixed and released on UTEOT, by Cold187um.

    07 Blasphemy

This was written acoording to Napolean, out of the deepest places in
2Pac's art, he told him he didn't read the bible much, but
the words kept flowing out of him real quick.
The Outlawz said they rode him to Pac's house listening
to this track, and it instantly became a hit.

    08 Hold ya Head

This was produced by Hurt M Badd, who also sang on the hook,
he said Pac wrote his verses within a few minutes.
The beat was made before Pac came to the studio, and he layed it down
    in less than 10 minutes.

    09 Lost Souls

This was released slightly altered on the Gang Related soundtrack,
with the version recorded for Makaveli cut.
Not too much known about the song recorded for the Makaveli album,
only that it was included on the written tracklists 2Pac done himself.

    10 White Man'z World

Again, production by Hurt M Badd who said Pac approached this
song with his strongest feelings for the women born
in the world at that time.
When the melody was made, Pac helped out on the production a little bit,
telling the producers and engineers to add bits and pieces to it.
Then he went in and layed the vocals, ad-libs and doubles in less than 15 mins.

    11 Thug Nature/Niggaz Nature

This song was remixed for the UTEOT album in 2001, and
    features Lil' Mo.
This song was altered a bit but remained in original form when
it was released by Death Row under the name "Thug Nature"
on the Too Gangsta For Radio compilation album.
It appeared on the handwritten tracklists, and the DAT lists, but was eventaully
cut because it didn't fit the concept in the end.

    12 Against All Odds

This potenitally would have been altered in some way
since Nas and him made up in NY, maybe Pac would have done a different
    take for the album.
What we know Pac was on a whole different level when he was recording
it, on a whole new place.
It took one take and he was done, happy with the song.

    13 When Thugs Cry

This is potentially the last song Johnny J ever produced for 2Pac,
at the end of June in 1996, and was re-recorded with Jewell for the finished
    Makaveli version.
It went through a lot of changes and other alt takes, but it eventually got cut.

I don't think so..lol Tongue Kissing was set for a early version of his first AEOM album titled "Are U Still Down" in early 1995 which is down on 2Pac's official contract with Death Row.
When Jon B met Pac on the set of How Do U Want It, Jon B asked Pac' who produces his songs mostly and Pac pointed to Johnny J, and from there came Are U Still Donw.

What I mean by edited is that the instruments were re-touched by a engineer, maybe another producer who had the task of remaking it for the finished "III Day Theory" mixtape.
Since JJ's rough mix was initially a early take from a Makaveli concept album, since I don't believe it was recorded in the 3 days, as songs like Lost Soulz, Watch Ya Mouth, Black Jesuz among several others probably weren't either, thus I'm saying the Mak tracklists that are handwritten, them songs were added in later.

    @y'all

Yes, the people that are playing the basketball video game at the start of the video are lookalikes for some of the Outlawz.
If Tha Row wanted him to kill Big and Puff in the video, they'd just nab the guys that done the Hit Em' Up and Made Nigga video shoot and do it again lol.

Have you any proof link about this info?? Cause they look nothin' like Outlawz, and most importantly, why would Pac's ghost kill his homies?
