    Default Mayweather vs. McGregor?

With a deal edging ever closer behind the scenes, does anyone have any thoughts on the prospect of a presumed 'boxing' mismatch?

I'm a citizen of Ireland, and I'm truly a humongous fan of McGregor's rise of claiming welfare (€188 a week) to a lifestyle of flamboyance, sporting elite & prominence. I love the guy.

Totally agree mate. He's a fecking animal and it will be a mad match when they both come to the ring. I think it's quite possible that Mayweather is about to lose his first. I'm not a big fan of boxing and MMA but if you've watched McGregor you've seen the proof already.

Floyd will be placing it all upon the line, as any accomplished & possible GOAT boxer would be not wishing to relinquish his 49-0 unbeaten record. Stakes are monumentally high, financially & pride-wise. 99 times out of 100, an experienced, skilful boxer like Mayweather should edge out McGregor easily.

McGregor will invariably rise to the occasion as he has done before, and if there was one athlete in the world that a sports fan dare not to doubt, it is the Crumlin native.

Far too much incredible financial reward and media publicity/hype for this bout not to happen.
