They had the ones that were leaked in 2008, Reincarnation, If they love their kids, Watch Ur Mouth, Ride for me, Stearin through my Rearview PT 2, and Where U Been. All of these thank God have leaked.
From what I heard they were a totally shit company that put out MP3 rips, it's clear as day Suge has hid 2pac master tapes, and even said to a film director he could give him unheard tracks. Johnny J's estate owns about 3 unleaked tracks too.
There are no plans for a new Pac album, I just hope the rest are taken back and leaked out flac or wav format.

In this interview Lari Lavi from WIDEawake mentions a list of 2pac unreleased OG tracks that they had found in the vault as of the day the interview was conducted.

She mentioned that they were only entitled to releasing a total of 13 tracks and the rest of the tracks remaining is for Afeni to do whatever she wished with it.

She also mentioned that the following masters were missing:
    1. Is God Watchin?
    2. Smilin Faces
    3. If This Word Were Mine
    4. Capture The Flag
    5. Show Me Anotha Way

    And the story goes......

In Dec 2012, WIDEawake Death Row Records was reportedly being sold in wake Of Parent Company's Bankruptcy. Solutions Financial Corp., a Canadian company that owned WIDEawake Death Row, had gone bankrupt and it was selling both the label and catalog to a publicly held company called Entertainment One (E1) formally known as Koch Entertainment. The deal was set to be closed on December 10th 2012.

    Read news article: https://hiphopdx.com/news/id.22110/t...ys-bankruptcy#

Then in Sept 2013, Afeni filed a law suit for $1.1 Million for unpaid royalties from Entertainment One. The law suit stated that all agreed that the Shakur Estate would get ownership of any unreleased 2Pac material , that Death Row would be allowed to release just one album of said unreleased material, and that the estate would be paid royalties on any Tupac tracks distributed by the record company. The firm was yet to comment.

Latest news in 2017 was that Afeni’s attorney Howard King told Billboard that Tupac’s estate is largely unaffected by his mother’s death and will continue to be overseen by Tom Whalley, former chairman and CEO of Warner Bros. Records and current head of Loma Vista Recordings, who was first appointed trustee of Tupac’s estate in 2013 and worked with Tupac at Interscope Records when the rapper was alive.

“Afeni [Shakur] had set up a trust to control all of Tupac’s music rights, and a rep for his estate tells us the paperwork is flawless. She also named the perfect executor, Tom Whalley — former head of Warner Bros. Records — to handle Tupac’s valuable catalog,” writes TMZ.

Daz is right in saying the music was already out there. Death Row put out loads of CDs in the 2000s. All Widewake had was the old music, plus a handful of left over tracks. If Suge thought Danny Boy's album would have sold, he would have put it out. Frank Alexander said he owned the album, and that Danny Boy could sing, but when Slip n Slide was on BET, it just didn't get enough interest.
A big give away of this is Lara Lavi's response when she realizes Pac recorded more tracks than she thought. That really is where the big money was.

In 2013 the following news came out:

"Tupac's Mother Pledges to Release 'Entire Body of Work" :

Pac's estate will now be controlled by Jampol Artist Management, a company which also holds the estates of the Doors, Janis Joplin, Otis Redding and reggae legend Peter Tosh. The management company will handle licensing, apparel and just about anything else relating to Pac's music, name and likeness. Pac's mother will, of course, oversee things, working alongside Tom Whalley, who signed the rapper to his first record deal.

Afeni Shakur assures that JAM will find innovative ways to keep her son's legacy alive, a sentiment echoed by the company's founder Jeffrey Jampol. "It's our responsibility — and our privilege — to ensure that new generations of fans experience the power of Tupac's music, his ideas and his storytelling," he said in the statement.

    Read News Article: http://www.mtv.com/news/1702261/tupac-mother-new-music/

"Tom Whalley, the label executive who signed Shakur to his first record deal, will be working with Jampol Artist Management on music projects.

Jampol Artist Management will oversee licensing, apparel and

other ventures in all media, worldwide, as it relates to Shakur's music, film, name and likeness.

JAM founder and president Jeffrey Jampol is adding Shakur to a roster that already includes the Doors, Janis Joplin, Otis Redding, Peter Tosh and Henry Mancini. He consults the estate of Michael Jackson."

Then in 2015 the following news came out:

"New Tupac Music From the Vaults Headed for Release":

Shakur's mother, Afeni, has been working with JAM, Inc. since 2013, according to Billboard, and has given the company access to everything in her collection.
Jeff Jampol, who owns JAM Inc., said he's dug through "unreleased music, released music, remixes, original demos, writings, scripts, plans, video treatments [and] poems." Despite the fact that several posthumous Tupac albums have come out since the rapper's death in 1996, there is apparently still plenty of unreleased material. Jampol described his company's intention as giving the Shakur estate a "total reset."

"Some of [the material] is in bits and pieces, some of it is complete; some of it is good, some of it needs work," said Tom Whalley, who signed Shakur to Interscope and is working with Jampol on the project. "But I think the work that is left can be completed, and is worth his fans hearing."

An then in 2016 the following news came out:

"Tupac Estate To Be Handled By Tom Whalley"

In the news they mention "In her 2007 injunction against DEATH ROW, AFENI SHAKUR was reportedly awarded 152 songs in the label’s vaults. This material was recorded during her son’s most prolific period, in late 1995 and throughout 1996. the estate and AMARU ENTERTAINMENT released 1997’s multi-Platinum double-disc, "R U Still Down? (Remember Me)," which was material recorded prior to SHAKUR’s DEATH ROW years.

    Read News Article 1: https://www.allaccess.com/net-news/a...by-tom-whalley

"The reported 152 songs belonging to the estate of the slain Hip-Hop superstar are said to now be in the hands of the music executive who signed him to Interscope Records in the early 1990s, Tom Whalley. This transfer happened in a trust set up by ‘Pac’s mother, Afeni Shakur, prior to her May 2 death from heart failure. The music in those vaults has been widely speculated upon and debated. Suge Knight, in the years Death Row Records administrated the catalog, told The Source magazine that Shakur had recorded a sequel to “Hit ‘Em Up.”

"In 2007, Afeni Shakur won the recordings back from Tupac’s last record label, and released subsequent recordings without Knight’s involvement. Among the unreleased music featuring Shakur’s vocals is material with Madonna, M.C. Hammer, and Big Daddy Kane. Perhaps the most discussed material however, is a super-group collaboration known as One Nation. The album linked ‘Pac and Tha Outlawz with a number of key Hip-Hop figures, especially from the East Coast, during a 1996 where Shakur was embroiled in a feud with The Notorious B.I.G., Puff Daddy, Junior M.A.F.I.A., Mobb Deep, Nas, and others."
